Characteristics of SDM Belt Sanding

1.Independently developed mechanical plate thickness measuring mechanism, automatically measuring plate length and thickness with high accuracy, and adopting multi-point sampling method, it can measure various uneven surface substrates, effectively preventing current fluctuations when grinding uneven plate surfaces, making the grinding current more stable and grinding plate surface more uniform;

2.Independently developed bearing sealing protection structure with multi-layer sealing effect, effectively preventing bearing water ingress, improving bearing service life, and reducing equipment maintenance costs;

3.The double-sided abrasive belt grinder is equipped with a deviation correction sensor wind blade protection structure, which intermittently blows air to keep the surface of the sensor dry and clean, greatly reducing the failure rate of the double-sided abrasive belt grinder and effectively improving the operational stability of the double-sided abrasive belt grinder.

4.Compared to traditional single sided abrasive belt grinders, double-sided abrasive belt grinders have upper and lower sanding components on the same vertical plane, shortening the length of the grinder and saving customer space.
