The thickness range extends from 0.2MM to 3.2MM, and for specific customer requirements, a model capable of producing plates as thick as 10MM has been developed. High Precision with Clutches and Encoders
It is equipped with clutches and high-speed encoders that work together to accurately calculate the plate length and position during machine operation. Additionally, it features German SEW brake motors to ensure prompt braking and smooth transitions in both forward and reverse control programs. This ensures precise handling and performance consistency during the grinding process.
Innovative Water Supply and Grinding Effect
To ensure smooth operation, our volcanic ash grinder has a reasonably designed water supply tank that works in tandem with the grinding brush. This setup ensures the supply of ash under the grinding brush, allowing plates with a thickness as low as 0.2MM to pass through while maintaining an effective grinding result. This design enhances the machine's capability to deliver excellent results on thin plates.
Comprehensive Sealing Structure
